Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Experience Champion: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. You'll be the face of our employment brand, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

  2. Supporting Recruiters and DC Locations: Juggling multiple Recruiters and Distribution Center locations? No problem! You'll provide diversified support, keeping the wheels turning smoothly.

  3. Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating onsite and virtual interviews? Check! You'll be the maestro behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

  4. Offer Letters and Background Checks: Draft and send offer letters, initiate background checks, and handle any flags like a pro.

  5. Internal Collaboration: Partner with Distribution Center HR, HR Compliance, and other teams to ensure accurate records and documentation for new hires.

  6. Proactive Communication: Reach out to candidates and external contacts via email, phone, and text. Keep everyone in the loop!

  7. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Guru: Manage applicant flow, transactions, and prepare new hires for Orientation. Peak periods? Bring it on!

Requirements:

  • Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 1-2 years in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

  • Multitasking Ninja: Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Communication Whiz: Strong written and verbal skills.

  • Problem-Solving Extraordinaire: Prioritize effectively and tackle challenges head-on.

  • Independent Collaborator: Work independently and collaborate across functions.

  • Relationship Builder: Trustworthy, credible relationships are your jam.

  • Hybrid Work Model: Ready for 2 days a month in our Framingham, MA office plus additional remote workdays.

Pay Details: $31.25 per hour
