Hours: 7:15 am - 2:45 pm - Middle School and High School 7:15 am - 3:00 pm - Elementary School Rates: SUB TYPE MINIMUM EDUCATION PER-DIEM RATE Per-Diem/Daily Substitute High School Diploma or GEd $110/day Per-Diem/Daily Substitute Bachelor’s Degree or Higher $125/day Per-Diem/Daily Substitute Bachelor’s Degree or Higher and hold a Massachusetts Teaching License $150/day Long Term Substitutes Bachelor’s Degree or Higher $175/day* * Long Term Substitutes start as Per-Diem Subs for the first 10 days in their role and are moved to the higher pay rate on their 11th straight day in the same classroom.
