10315 – Business Process Analyst I 

Purpose: 

The Business Process Analyst I is responsible for coordinating assigned corporate strategy section projects and activities including analysis, planning, execution, and improvement.  Main responsibilities include strategy analysis, process analysis, and corporate performance monitoring and reporting.  The Business Process Analyst I is familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.  They rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of complex tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Corporate strategy planning: Support to develop and propose HAEA corporate strategy, client support strategy and business expansion planning.  Involves extensive research and benchmarking analysis.  Perform environmental analysis and internal competency assessment and develop to be direction.  Understanding overall storyline and able to communicate with management.  Assess current organization and strategic alignment, conduct case studies, and enhance structural design of corporation.           

  • Business process improvement: Analyze and document “As Is” business process and identify areas of improvement.  Support to design “To Be” business process and support to implement the new processes. 

  • Corporate KPI management: Monitor corporate and IT metrics to identify areas of further analysis and improvement.  Support to build corporate KPI structure and mechanism.  Prepare periodic corporate KPI report and status report.    Plan and coordinate executive meetings and corporate events & communication.    

  • Support CEO and executives on various tasks. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Create monthly reports to management other related parties on business performances assessments and key findings 

  • Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals. 

  • Define, implement, and assess business KPIs and support the continued growth of the Company. 

  • Support manager on strategic analysis of operational performance and identify business issues and potential solutions 

  • Support the development and refinement of business strategies and business operations including the development of new business models and forecasts 

  • Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of both internal and client organization/industry 

  • Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance 

  • Act as liaison between the department and other business units. 

  • Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements 

     

Basic Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience  

  • 2+ years of experience in the corporate strategy field.        

  • Strong time management skills.  

  • Ability to multi-task effectively. 

  • Strong quantitative & qualitative analysis skills; capacity for critical thinking. 

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite 

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills 

  • Self-starter, willing to get involved and do whatever is needed to get the job done. 

     

Salary range - $69,390 to $90,200
