Recruiter: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family

This is a brand new position in our Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center! In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process (full-cycle), from sourcing through hire within a fast paced, high-volume, Distribution Center environment.

Please know that you can work both remotely and on-site! Therefore, we need you be located within a commutable distance around the Fort Worth area.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • You will provide hiring managers with exceptional service, advice, direction, and direct feedback throughout the interview and selection process to assist them with making informed hiring decisions

  • We need you to source a high volume of candidates to work within our Distribution Centers through a variety of recruitment methods such as employee referrals, internet, cold calling, and job fairs to ensure we find the most qualified candidates.

  • Conduct brief phone screens and coordinate interviews to ensure the most qualified candidates are referred to the hiring manager for their consideration.

  • Maintain a candidate status and fulfillment report on a weekly basis to ensure all staffing level requirements are met in order meet the facility demand.

  • Ensure that the candidate interview process is coordinated and executed in accordance with Talent Acquisition and facility procedures.

  • Partner with onsite HR and Distribution Center leadership to assist with facility staffing projects and initiatives.

  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (we use Workday's ATS) throughout the life cycle of your open positions.

Skills for Success:

Years of Related Professional Experience: 2+ years

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, either on-site within the Distribution Center or remote.

  • Superior customer focus and ability to build relationships.

  • Be a team player, goal oriented. While you will work in the DC, you will also be part of our global Talent Acquisition Team.

  • Excellent time management.

  • Ability to perform in an intense, fast paced environment.

Educational / Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

  • 2 or more years of progressively responsible experience in, high volume recruiting in a Call Center, Distribution Center, or Manufacturing environment, knowledge of EEO, and compliance rules would be a nice to have.

  • Work in an efficient organized manner and follow through on deliverables and meet objectives and deadlines.

  • ​Communicate effectively (verbally and written). Maybe even bi-lingual ( Spanish ) - we'd love that!​

  • Ability to identify new and creative ways to source candidates and solve for labor supply challenges.

  • Ability to lead by example and maintain a professional, respectful and inclusive work environment.

  • Ability to listen to varying points-of-view and recognize and appreciate differences.

  • Maintain confidential and secure records and information.
