Responsibilities
Our client is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator with experience with Promotional Products.
In this position, you will:
Manage promotional projects that come from Sales and AM teams.
Provide estimates, answer questions and assist in the search and procurement of promotional goods
Prepare and process purchase orders
Build and Maintain lasting relationships with vendors
Oversee deliveries of products and orders
You will thrive in this role if you have:
A professional attitude with close attention to detail
Ability to meet dealines and work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide superior service to internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word), etc.
Prior promotional products experience - A MUST!
