Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Description

Responsible for developing, leading, and executing sourcing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives for both facility and project services. Identify and lead appropriate field resources to execute initiatives and manage supplier relationships as they relate to administrative and operational activities and issues. Ensure contracting, COI reporting, and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio. Provide support to Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders related to optimizing operations and sourcing strategies. Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence of services operations. Be a subject matter expert in support of sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management. Collaborate closely with clients and facility teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits. Follow established contract processes and provide data entry/management support via the SCMP technology platform. Maintain contract and supplier files to ensure compliance with requirements. Partner with the operations team to support daily sourcing and supply chain activities. Establish relationships with Legal and Risk Management teams to ensure contractual compliance. Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations. Support budget preparation and management. Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs. Support supplier relationship and performance programs. Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies. Conduct RFPs and RFQs, analyze results, and communicate recommendations. Evaluate, negotiate, create, and manage contracts for Goods and Services. Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues to assure client satisfaction. Participate and provide leadership in Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years strategic sourcing/procurement/contracts experience

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

  • Ability to plan and evaluate progress toward goals

  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written

  • Excellent PC skills

  • Experience with contract negotiation

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Project management and business transitions experience (preferred)
