We are seeking a talented Business Analyst who will be joining and supporting the Program Management Office (PMO). As an analyst, you will support the Integrated Product Team Manager by developing tools and process to drive business solutions that support Bell’s overall commercial business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve our business from both internal and client facing aspects.

This position is located in Mirabel, Quebec Canada or Fort Worth, Texas. Major Responsibilities

  • Influence the development and maturing of the Commercial PMO

  • Identify and measure both leading and lagging KPIs to track and improve overall product line performance, working with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

  • Using analytical data, recommend course of action to ensure production efficiency and profitability through alignment of labor, materials, equipment, processes, and budget.

  • Perform business case analyses to support any emerging or confirmed performance gaps which have cost and/or schedule impact.

  • Track Risks, Issues and Opportunities and recommend mitigating solutions/corrective actions.

  • Work closely with the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team to develop an integrated Master Production Schedule (MPS), aligning with market forecasts and company objectives.

  • Establish and maintain effective communications with PMO internal & external customers,

  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement data-driven processes and monitor outcomes.

  • Create information-rich data visualizations and reports from complex data.

  • Design and development of reports and dashboards that communicate insights in an efficient way at Program Management Reviews.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, department heads, and product leadership to understand their needs, translate them into requirements, and take action on execution, delivery, and communication of the development efforts.

Qualifications

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business degree AND 5 years of related professional experience in aerospace or other relevant industry experience

  • Proficient with data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI

  • Proficient in process mapping and analysis methodologies

  • General Microsoft Office skills

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) such SAP

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Global Supply Chain, or Project Management is preferred.

  • Experience in aerospace product development, testing & evaluation is an asset.

  • Experience in analyzing large data sets and using Excel to compile reports and perform calculations.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to effectively manage conflicting tasks and priorities.

  • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present data and recommendations to executives, peers, and team members

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective communications with internal & external customers, as well as senior and executive management.

  • Ability to work cross‐functionally and influence key stakeholders to drive alignment.

  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to drive process implementation and PMO decisions.
