Freedom Powersports Internet Sales Manager in Fort Worth, Texas
RideNow Powersports is seeking a positive and energetic Internet Sales Manager to join our team! As the Internet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for converting leads and driving customer loyalty. If you are an exceptional listener, excel at phone communication, and have experience with internet sales in a dealership environment, we want to talk to you!
In this role, you will manage incoming phone calls and internet leads regarding powersports vehicles. You will set and confirm sales appointments, perform long-term follow-up on unsold customers, and provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential in order to effectively engage with customers through their preferred method of communication. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer information and all interactions in the CRM system, as well as staying up-to-date with incoming inventory and locating vehicles efficiently.
The ideal candidate for this position either has previous experience in automotive or powersports internet sales management, or is willing to learn and grow in this field. Outstanding organizational skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to effectively build and motivate a team are also important qualifications for success.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads regarding powersports vehicles
Set and confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on unsold customers
Provide prompt and professional responses to incoming calls and inquiries
Communicate effectively with customers through their preferred method of communication
Follow up with prospects and maintain contact with sold customers
Stay up-to-date with incoming inventory and locate vehicles efficiently
Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the CRM system
Assist with growing a team once sufficient leads are available
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous automotive or powersports internet sales management experience strongly preferred
Experience utilizing CRM systems, such as Eleads, is desired
Ability to work full-time
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience building and motivating a sales or internet sales team
Energetic and outgoing personality
Professional, pleasant, and friendly demeanor
Persistence in following up with customers
Internet savvy and great computer skills
Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles is desired
