Classified Cybersecurity help secure lifesaving products and critical state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing systems by applying cutting edge cybersecurity principles. Rising to the challenge of building a more secure world for the warfighter, space exploration, climate sustainability and commercial use. You will partner with the security team, program, and government customers to perform as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in Fort Worth Texas.

As a Cybersecurity ISSO supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs) you will ensure classified Information Systems (IS) meet cybersecurity requirements and government directives.

Coordinate and document compliance actions and maintain or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to address non-compliance in the allotted time frame.

Interpret the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) in determining technical Information Assurance (IA) requirements and ensure proper security implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Develop or consult on technical solutions to complex problems which require extensive technical expertise and ingenuity.

Develop system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring of both networked and standalone classified systems.

Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events.

Communicate, implement and manage a formal Information Security / Information Systems Security Program together with ISSM and Program Security.

Perform system auditing, vulnerability risk assessments, Assured File Transfers, hardware/software configuration management, data integrity containments, media management, and investigations on IA related security violations/incidents.

Provide cybersecurity education and training for all system users on appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

Perform other associated duties as required.

Collaborate with senior level internal/external customers to identify requirements and provide problem resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship

• Active Top Secret Clearance with an investigation or Continuous Vetting (CV) date within 5 years

• Possess a DoD 8570/8140 IAM level 1 certification (i.e. Security + CE, Cloud+, CAP)

• Experience with Risk Managed Framework (RMF), Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), and/or Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process (DAAPM) requirements

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience as an ISSO, ISSM or related DoD cyber workforce role

• DevSecOps knowledge or experience

• Understanding of both networking and cybersecurity concepts

• Experience with cybersecurity related tools (e.g. vulnerability scanners, auditing tools, SIEMs, etc.)

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
