We are looking for a Human Resources & Payroll Clerk to join our quickly growing Construction/Contractor team located in Fort Worth, Texas, 76119, United States. This role starts immediately and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Human Resources & Payroll Clerk, you will be serving as a support role, managing queries from employees, overseeing timesheets, executing payroll, assisting with benefit administration and HR compliance issues. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees with HR and payroll related questions.

• Monitor and review timesheets for accuracy.

• Execute payroll procedures in a timely and accurate manner.

• Assist in the administration of benefits and open enrollment procedures.

• Handle HR compliance issues and reporting tasks.

• Maintain proficiency in accounting software systems.

• Perform various accounting functions as needed.

• Manage human resources administration tasks.

• Utilize Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Microsoft Excel for various tasks.

• Support the management of approved timesheets.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions

• Familiarity and competence in managing Benefit Functions

• Proven experience in handling Payroll

• Ability to manage and process Approved Timesheets

• Skill in Reviewing Timesheets for accuracy and compliance

• Extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 Enterprise

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
