What will you do?

In this role, you will assist in various areas including boxing and other general duties as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklift is preferred

  • Operate powered and manual hand tools to assemble metal components

  • Inspect parts upon completion before sending to next department.

  • Maneuver large, awkward, or heavy parts manually or with a crane.

  • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe manner.

  • Work in other areas or departments as assigned.

  • Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM

    What are we looking for?We're looking for engaged individuals that are adaptable to a changing environment, take pleasure in learning and enjoy working with others.

Key Competencies:

  • Good mechanical aptitude with manufacturing background

  • Experience reading blueprints is a plus and read a tape measure down to 1/16th

  • Average math skills, simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English

  • Ability to complete simple logs and reports in English

  • Physically able to handle heavy items including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products

  • Work scheduled hours and comply with the company’s timekeeping policy and all other company policies

  • Consistently stand for the entire shift

  • Ability to work with others and be a team player

  • Accuracy

  • Reliability
