Position Summary

Lochridge-Priest is a family owned and operated company that has served the Central Texas area for over 50 years. Also, we are the largest provider of residential and commercial heating and air-conditioning services as well as plumbing services in Central Texas. With offices across the state we're dedicated to serving your residential, business and industrial comfort needs. We work as a team to deliver best in class service to our customers.

We are seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our construction firm. As part of our team, you oversee multiple crews and implement the installation of large-scale electrical systems. You manage work sequencing, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure safe and timely completion of all projects. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, and our ideal candidate possesses significant prior experience organizing and administering multiple crews on large work sites. You should have ample experience with installation and construction processes, as well as experience with blueprint reading, electrical schematics, wiring, conduit work, and thorough knowledge of workplace safety practices.

    Qualifications

    Master Electrician certification preferredFive or more years experience supervising construction projectsFlexible and works well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.Works well under pressure particularly when faced with unexpected events, delays, tight timelines or urgent demands.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and repair of buildings or other structuresExceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.Thorough in completing tasks and focused on detail and accuracy.Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Works with a high level of integrity and ethical business practices.Physical ability to: lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds.
