Job Title: E&I Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled E&I Technician to perform a variety of electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities. This role involves the fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, adjustment, and repair of electronic, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic control circuits and systems. You will work with AC/DC motor controls, process loop instruments, PLCs, MCCs, and switch gear to ensure optimal operation of various machines and process measurement and control instrumentation.

Hard Skills

  • Electrical Troubleshooting

  • Installing, calibrating, troubleshooting and maintaining process instrumentation (flow, pressure, temperature, level)

  • Wiring Electrical Motors - 3-Phase, 480V

Soft Skills

  • Ability to manually lift and move up to 50 lbs.

  • Capability to work in physically demanding conditions (bending, stooping, climbing, pushing/pulling, reaching, twisting)

  • Active participation in safety programs

This is a fully on-site position in Fort Worth, Texas.

Work Environment

Chemical Manufacturing Facility - This role requires both indoor and outdoor work in a setting that includes chemical and mechanical operations, confined spaces, exposure to dust and fumes, and proximity to forklift and machine operations. It involves working in conditions of heat and humidity, around loud machinery, and necessitates wearing personal protective equipment. The position also requires the ability to work in high places and recognize various safety and equipment alarms.
