Adecco US, Inc. Distribution Supervisor in Fort Worth, Texas

Adecco is hiring a Distribution Supervisor in North Fort Worth. The supervisor will ensure timely picking and distribution of customer sales orders and maintain appropriate scheduling priorities. Responsibilities include leadership of training, staff, schedules, and equipment for the Distribution portion of Warehouse Operations. The supervisor will work collaboratively with key business partners and global partners to ensure effective practices are implemented.

Key Functions:

  • Maintain staffing, schedules, and certifications of distribution employees.

  • Manage equipment maintenance and preventative programs.

  • Prioritize and react timely to changes in strategy and business needs.

  • Own replenishment strategies for all areas of report.

  • Assure all spaces within the report have appropriate storage solutions.

  • Plan and maintain appropriate business continuity plans.

  • Leverage lean-sigma, standard work, and visual controls.

  • Support merger and acquisition (M&A) integration and post M&A value creation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 8 years of hands-on warehouse experience, minimum 2 years in related leadership positions.

  • Healthcare, medical device, or other manufacturing in a regulated environment experience is highly preferred.
