The primary responsibilities of this position are to be the CAM of the Aeronautics Fort Worth Electrical Power team.

In the CAM Role, this person will be responsible for tracking Earned Value Management System (EVMS) performance associated with assigned control accounts within the Integrated Fighter Group Line of Business (LOB), F-35 LOB, and Advanced Development Programs (ADP) LOB. This person will be responsible for providing a consolidated view of all EVMS items (cost, schedule and technical alignment). They will be responsible for understanding all scheduled tasks (IMS and internal dates) within the team and work with the technical team to help with mitigation efforts for critical path items. CAM activities include coordinate/lead contracts updates, aid in generating new business proposals, and establishing the team's program management baseline for newly awarded scope.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking and business acumen skills, be highly collaborative, exhibit exceptional organizational skills, demonstrate proactive thinking, operate autonomously as appropriate, and produce superior work products under short deadlines. Candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Basic Qualifications:

o Previous program management, project management, project engineering, or project lead experience

o Experience defining program requirements to meet customer needs (Statement of Work Development)

o Experience generating task statements and rationale to support proposal efforts (Basis of Estimate Development)

o Experience with Control Account Management (CAM) or Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and tools

o Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

o LM CAM trained and certified

Desired Skills:

o Knowledge of requirements management and systems engineering

o Familiar with earned value management, and is accustomed to using EV tools to manage programs.

o Ability to drive issues to resolution, which may involve direct interaction with Senior leadership within LM and the customer organizations.

o Ideally a fast learner and willing to operate in a fast-paced environment that may periodically include short-turn-around assignments and willingness to attack issues that are outside of the individual's training or background.

o Knowledge of the contracting life-cycle processes from proposal (RFP, BOEs, negotiation) through delivery and DD250.

o Strong communication skills, with a willingness to engage with technical and non-technical subject matter experts with all levels of organization.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
