We are looking for a motivated and positive individual to join our team and do just that! Description: Our solutions architecture team works with product teams and other stakeholders on holistic solutions design and delivery. They are responsible for developing a direction for our technology portfolio, building and maturing solutions engineering practices, and enabling future-state business capabilities. Responsibilities:

  • Define solution paths in accordance with technology architecture strategies and aligned with the technology portfolio to achieve desired business outcomes

  • Create guiding principles, roadmaps, decision tools, and other solution design artifacts to direct and inform technical solution delivery

  • Partner with product teams and other stakeholders on consultations, research, solution design, and solution delivery

  • Assist defining and maturing engineering practices

  • Research innovative or emerging technologies and provide recommendations

  • Ensure solution economics and total cost of ownership are analyzed when determining future-state of technology ecosystem

    Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Four year technical degree (Computer Science / related discipline) or equivalent training and at least 5 years relevant professional experience

  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a lead role providing solution architecture

  • Experience applying systems thinking principles

  • Knowledge of application design principles and experience with modern architectures

  • Experience with cloud technologies, including designing and building cloud applications

  • Experience researching and leading adoption of innovative or emerging technologies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Disciplined, focused, and self-motivated

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Attentive to detail and proven decision-making abilities

    Advantages:
