Performs as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Provides a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families receiving care from the Parkview Behavioral Health Institute. Develops and maintains consultative and liaison relationships with a range of internal and external caregivers, and provides emergency services as required.

Must have a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other related mental health field.

Active, Associate License or Temporary License required. Must be able to bill independently for services rendered. Licensure and certifications must be kept current.

Must be able to work flexible hours and days of the week. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and good working knowledge of a computer. Must be able to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting.

Must be able to complete job duties autonomously. Demonstrated leadership skills and strong organizational skills. Ability to interpret and analyze medical and social history information. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, ability to positively influence others with respect and compassion. Requires ability to communicate and resolve conflict. Strong work ethic built on a foundation of proactivity and teamwork. Ability to navigate ambiguity with the aid of structured problem solving techniques.
