Summary

As a member of Human Resources - Total Rewards, the Manager Compensation and HRIS is responsible for leading a talented team of professionals in the delivery of Parkview's compensation and HRIS programs. Oversees the daily functions of compensation and HRIS, providing consultation and guidance at all levels on all compensation and HRIS practices and polices. Leads compensation and HRIS related initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders, leaders, co-workers and external vendors. Assures through audits, reports and personal contact that compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with system policies and government regulations. Leads the planning, development, testing, implementation, customer reporting and user support for all HRIS systems. This includes integration of HRIS with other business applications as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in human resources, business or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources compensation, HRIS and/or HR operations at a leadership level.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset with the ability to work across differences.

  • Demonstrated understanding of laws and regulations that impact or govern compensation.

  • Mathematical aptitude and analysis skills.

  • Knowledge of enterprise-wide HRIS systems, preferably PeopleSoft.
