Summary: The Caseworker II is responsible for providing a range of services including monitoring and supportive intervention to Park Center's child, adolescent, and adult clients. Communicates progress and problems to other members of the treatment team, including family members, provides and/or arranges transportation services when needed, responds to crisis calls, and provides crisis intervention in consult with other members of the team. Participates in the development of the treatment plan for assigned clients. Carries out the treatment plan by home visits and community liaisons, and works with the school systems as needed.

Education: Must have a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, human services, or other related field.

Licensure: Must have a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Experience: At least on year of experience in a mental health environment.

Must be able to complete job duties autonomously. Demonstrated leadership skills and strong organizational skills. Ability to interpret and analyze medical and social history information. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, ability to positively influence others with respect and compassion. Requires ability to communicate and resolve conflict. Strong work ethic built on a foundation of proactivity and teamwork. Ability to navigate ambiguity with the aid of structured problem solving techniques.
