  • Prepare, manage, and track contracts, purchase orders, room assignments, course materials, databases, and reports for the department.
  • Attend department meetings and take minutes and notes.

  • Oversee and supervise student workers.
  • Track student experiential educational requirements.
  • Assist with student files and notifications regarding graduates, graduation problems, student academic status, and student opportunities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student, faculty, and departmental data.
  • Oversee and maintain department Listserv.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience with customer service and technology.
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.
