Parkview North Hospital Addict Res Clinical Supervisor in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Summary

Responsible for the daily clinical operations of the Addiction Residential programs. Plans and directs the provision of mental health services and monitors the clinical direction of Addiction Residential therapeutic programming. Supervises clinical operations and programming. Consults and partners with care team to provide a ddiction and mental health specific care to patients. Promotes and participates in the development of a ddiction programs through professional interactions using an interdisciplinary team approach. Participates and monitors quality outcomes and budgetary performance.

Education

Master's degree in social work, psychology or other counseling field.

Licensure/Certification

CPI required upon hire or within 60 days of employment. CPR required upon hire or within 30 days of employment. Licensed by the state of Indiana as a mental health provider: Must have LCAC.

Experience

Must have 5 years of mental health, counseling, psychology or social services experience. Prefer health care or addiction experience. Must have knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices, treatments and intervention techniques.

Other Qualifications

Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
