ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

May perform one or more of the following duties as determined by manager or business needs:

  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing and quality control (not limited to):* Review electronic data base (receive and accurately distribute incoming mail)* Identify which cases need signature (includes working the que for oldest case)* Print documents mark where signatures are needed* Have all documents ready for signature the same day* Mail Out (via UPS)* Fax documents that do not require signatures* Data Entry (may sporadically perform keying of alpha/numeric information from source documents to into system)*Ability to follow detailed client account instructions, process high volume and solve problems through ongoing feedback.

  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of end-to-end functions

  • Ability to meet productivity metrics (error free work and high volume per hour) on a consistent basis.

  • Agile and proven ability to continuously follow direction, learn and adapt

  • Timely communicate and escalate areas of problems or issues to management to avoid production schedules

  • Experienced in tracking and monitoring internal reports

  • Assist peers and partner with remote teams as needed

  • Shows strong adherence to security protocol and operating procedures.

  • Performs miscellaneous duties and support overall operations as assigned; may be crossed trained in various areas to ensure timely processing during production peaks.

Qualifications:

  • Must have PC skills office, clerical, faxing, item processing, data entry or other related mailbox processing

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Proven reliability and commitment to work schedule and attendance. Flexibility to work additional hours with little notice.

  • Working knowledge of preparing files financial industry preferred.

  • Proven high quality standard for work produced (consistent error free) and high throughput (consistent Items for Hour)

  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet rigorous deadlines

  • Follow internal operational controls and adhere to financial industry regulations

  • Support other operations and administrative functions as required.

  • Ability to work both independently and as active participant in a team environment.

  • Contribute towards a positive, collaborative and supportive workplace.
