Job Summary: (REMOTE WORKER OPENING)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an IT Delivery Business Systems Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's document repository, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, and managing IT Delivery team s operational structure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, documentation management, governance, and process improvement. Additionally, the candidate should be an innovative thinker to creatively and independently, identify new opportunities and drive innovation within the company that deliver value.

In this Role you will...

  • Own, manage and maintain a shared document repository, including tool administration, user support, requirements and enhancements as needed.

  • Identify value opportunities through automation and process improvement.

  • Problem solve to address user requests and needs while working within tool and/or organizational constraints.

  • Ensure that the tool and service meet varying customer needs, while understanding organizational priorities on what tool is best suited and how that can be delivered most effectively.

  • Ensure that all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to authorized personnel.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on document usage and access to ensure compliance with governance frameworks and company policies.

  • Implement and maintain document version control and change management processes.

  • Create content and provide training to employees on document management and governance processes and procedures.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in document management and governance, and apply this knowledge to improve our company's processes and procedures.

  • Manage and coordinate the IT governance approval framework, ensuring streamlined processes, automated tools and seamless customer experience

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process and/or user experience improvements and manage implementation of these enhancements.

  • Ensure timeliness of governance process, content is prepared, and governance boards are scheduled as to not to impact business deliverables and goals.

  • Develop & manage governance record keeping best practices.

  • Develop and maintain IT Delivery operational practices, including procedures, calendar, and data collection.

  • Identify organizational metrics that matter, create & manage reporting and dashboards and ensure integration into senior level reporting requirements.

  • Communicate requirements with technical teams and ensure appropriate communication and coordination with all personnel levels including senior executives.

  • Exercise project management skills and discipline.

  • Use innovative thinking for new solutions to meet customer needs, while integrating operational efficiencies to deliver value.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, or a related field.

  • At least 6 years of experience in document management, governance, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of document management principles, practices and tools

  • Knowledge of governance frameworks

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Self-sufficient, proactive and independent professional who can identify and address challenges and opportunities, and drive results with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.

  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.

  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $91980 - $156330

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
