Link Solutions is seeking an IT Systems Solution Architect (Senior-Level) to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA. 

  • Must be a US Citizen 

  • DoD Secret Clearance required

  • Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

The IT Systems Solutions Architect will be responsible for supporting the US Army’s Southeastern Regional Network Enterprise Center at Fort Stewart, GA. This role involves leveraging expertise to provide comprehensive technical guidance and insight to network and systems administrators. Additionally, the Architect will lead special projects and serve as the Deputy Program Manager, ensuring seamless support delivery across all areas. This position is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the support operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead for technical performance areas of delivery. 

  • Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery team. 

  • Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery. 

  • Manage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery. 

  • Plan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations. 

  • Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas. 

  • Analyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support. 

  • Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports.

  • US citizen 

  • DoD Secret Clearance 

  • IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, CompTIA CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GIAC, equivalent or higher equivalent or higher).

  • Eight (8+) years of directly related experience in the role of a solutions architect and management experience in the IT field (Combined technical and project).

  • Experience in information technology that includes areas such as desktop hardware, operating systems, office productivity software, computer networking-Local Area Network (LAN) /Wide Area Network (WAN), servers, and virtual machines. 

Preferred:

  • Program Management Plus (PMP) certification or Certified Associate Project Manager.

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Knowledgeable in Army Network Enterprise Center operations. 

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management. 

  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail. 

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
