Our ideal candidate can oversee multiple projects from all aspects: design, estimating, owner selections, and execution. Our team is dedicated to approaching each project individually and ensuring the best experience for our customers with transparency, excellence, and integrity at the core.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed estimate for residential projects (shingle, tile & metal)

  • Analyze requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project

  • Determine what factors of production will influence the cost

  • Maintain current market pricing for materials in the estimating system

  • Generate job cost reports

  • Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors

  • Perform hand-off meetings to assigned project managers

  • Present prepared estimates to management

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Construction or similar field, preferred

  • Familiarity with The Edge estimating software, a plus

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow

  • Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for residential projects

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Computer proficient

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and perform roof inspections

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify)
