Radial Solutions, Inc. Assistant Information Technology Manager in Fort Moore, Georgia

The Assistant Information Technology Manager(alternate ISSO)will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues,assistwith the installation and maintenance of computer systems for a DoD government contract.

Provide technical support to end-users by phone, email, and in person.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including those related to the ACNaircraftnotebook software. (Prior experience with ACN is notrequired, as training will be provided.)

Assistwith the installation and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and software.

Assistwith network configuration and troubleshooting.

Document technical problems and solutions.

Update user manuals and knowledge bases.

Assist the ISSO with information security tasks, following established policies and procedures (specific duties will bedeterminedin consultation with the ISSO).

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience/Education:

Associatedegree in computer science, Information Technologyor a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in the use of computers and common software applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A meticulous attention to detail, as this position involves some information security responsibilities.

Working knowledge of US Army aviation or DoD operations (preferred but notrequired).
