Jacobs Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) 4 (Cloud) - TS/SCI w/ Poly in Fort Meade, Maryland

Your Impact:

Jacobs is seeking Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) with Cloud experience to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at multiple locations. As a TDNA, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT analysis talent and expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads

  • Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information

  • Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis

  • Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps

  • Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints

  • Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions

  • Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise

  • Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights

  • Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Cloud experience, extremely strong XKS/AMOD.

  • Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases).

  • In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.

  • Clearance Required:

  • TS/SCI w/Poly

  • Minimum Education:

  • Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

  • Minimum Years of Experience:

  • 15yrs with and High School Degree

  • 13yrs with and Associates Degree

  • 11yrs with a Bachelor’s degree

  • 9yrs with a Master’s degree

  • 7yrs with a Doctorate degree

Preferred:

  • Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
