Signature Reduction Specialist

Active TS/SCI and Polygraph Required

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking specialists in the field of signature reduction to author and format documentation related to signature reduction activities, including plans, annexes, amendments, standard operating procedures, and authorization requests. If you have five plus years of signature reduction, tradecraft or counterintelligence experience, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop templates to standardize the authoring of signature reduction-related documents and recommend improvements to the documentation process

  • Maintain and track documentation according to organization standards

  • Develop appropriate tracking mechanisms to ensure document control

  • Manage documents through the organization approval process

  • Review, update and monitor related educational materials and policy documents

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance

  • Current Polygraph

  • 5 years of signature reduction, tradecraft or counterintelligence experience

  • Detailed understanding of evolving requirements in signature reduction activities

  • Ability to analyze policy and directives involving signature reduction procedures
