ManTech Senior SIGDEV Analyst in Fort Meade, Maryland

ManTech is currently seeking a motivated Senior SIGNT Analyst to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.

  • Utilize knowledge of various technologies and topics to identify analytic vectors.

  • Leverage principles and methods to exploit foreign communications and communication systems for identifying, collecting, analyzing, processing, and disseminating SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.

  • Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.

  • Demonstrate familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and incorporate independent research to enhance target development.

  • Identify target communications within the global network.

  • Independently perform and provide guidance to Level 1 contractor personnel involved in SIGINT development.

  • Provide SIGDEV support to optimize and develop access methods.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is required, or 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

  • At least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years involving modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching systems, and/or internet communications.

  • Proven ability to provide SIGDEV support for optimizing and developing access methods.

  • Experience with software applications and databases related to SIGINT target development.

Security Requirements:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  • Working with Data

  • Move about freely in a laboratory setting.

  • Repetitive Motions
