Competitive Range Solutions requires the expertise of a talented and experienced NetPlus Administrator to assist in directing and managing the program's executive support group. The candidate must reference their ability and experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment and effective integration with a government multi-contractor team.

The NetPlus Administrator is responsible for maintaining the NetPlus infrastructure, generating reports, and ensuring the system's accessibility and reliability. This role is critical in supporting our telecommunications infrastructure and ensuring the efficient operations of our NetPlus management tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the NetPlus infrastructure and ensuring comprehensive call detail reporting and system accessibility.

  • Administer and maintain the NetPlus telecommunications management system, ensuring optimal performance, system security, and patch management.

  • Manage and generate standard and custom reports, including line counts, circuit counts, usage reports, and billing information, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the financial team for customer billing.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetPlus-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining system performance.

  • Support overall telecommunication system configuration management using government-provided network infrastructure and management tools.

  • Assist in voice project management and installation support, tailoring efforts to accommodate the unique aspects of voice project management.

  • Coordinate technical and project management for voice projects, ensuring efficient meeting of telecommunications and voice project requirements.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Experience with NetPlus and other telecommunications management systems.

  • Experience working with DoD and understanding of DoD telecommunications systems and infrastructure, including VoIP, VoSIP, and TDM technologies.

  • Proficient in telecommunication system configuration management and call detail reporting.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and customer support.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Certifications in-network or telecommunications management systems (preferred).
