Seventh Dimension Lane Manager in Fort Liberty, North Carolina

Job Description: We are seeking qualified individuals to fulfill the role of Lane Manager in support of the Special Forces Qualification Course at the Pineland Training Area. As a Lane Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing specific training lanes within the Pineland environment, ensuring the smooth execution of training exercises related to unconventional warfare (UW).

Essential Duities and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the cadre team

  • Manage and supervise designated training lanes within the Pineland Training Area.

  • Coordinate with course cadre and other personnel to ensure training objectives are met effectively.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to course participants during training exercises.

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during all training activities.

  • Maintain inventory and accountability of training resources and equipment assigned to your lane.

  • Assist in the evaluation and assessment of trainee performance.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be an ex-Special Forces Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of Sergeant First Class or higher, or a Warrant or Commissioned Officer with expertise in unconventional warfare (UW).

  • Possess a valid SECRET clearance.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

  • U.S. citizenship or legally documented alien status without adverse background information.

  • Ability to work in austere field environments under various weather conditions, day and night.

  • Familiarity with military communication procedures and equipment.

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and compliance with all motor vehicle laws.

  • Proficiency in navigation using maps, landmarks, and directions.

  • Good physical health, cleared by a medical physician for participation in training exercises.

Additional Requirements:

  • Completion of Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I Training within 30 days of contract start date.

  • Familiarity with the iWATCH program and completion of associated training within 30 days of contract award.

  • Registration in the Army Training Certification Tracking System for personnel with access to government information systems.

  • Compliance with Information Assurance (IA)/Information Technology (IT) training requirements.

  • Adherence to classified information handling procedures as outlined in FAR 52.204-2.

  • Compliance with Army Driver and Operator Licensing and Certification requirements as per AR 600-55.

Physical Demands:

Candidates must be capable of physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and carrying of over 50 pounds, prolonged pulling, pushing, walking, and standing. This role also entails crawling, kneeling, repeated bending, and climbing using both legs and arms. Additionally, candidates should be able to operate heavy equipment and vehicles. Strong coordination and vision, both near and far, are required. The job may involve working in various environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, fumes, and working around machinery with moving parts or at extreme heights. Candidates must adapt to slippery surfaces, uneven terrain, and potential exposure to flammable materials or electrical energy.
