Summary About the Position: Assists with revising and/or updating the Master Driver Trainer Program of Instruction (POI); ensuring all applicable state, federal and military guidelines are included. Assists with determining specific learning objectives and references to be included and preparing prescribed course documentation material. Assists with administering the Master Driver Trainer Qualification (MDTQ) Course. Responsibilities Advise instructors on changes in program goals and policies. Collaborate with subject matter experts to address the organization's training management requirements. Abide by Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards to keep the workplace free of hazards. Ensure adherence to safety procedures to avoid training accidents. Maintain course rosters, tests, and evaluations for classes as required to comply with established guidelines. Analyze resource requirements to ensure sufficient support for learning programs. In order to be creditable under this provision, Superior Academic Achievement must have been gained in a curriculum that is qualifying for the position to be filled, such as that identified in Education above.
