Intern Project Scope

  • Lead ETL process for legacy BPL product pull through/end user sales

  • Coordinate with IT to identify format and timeframe to load

  • Utilize data from UK to compile load file

  • Validate successful and accurate data load

  • Review customer master list for duplicates and opportunities to retire

  • Utilize Snowflake SQL database to identify customer duplicates based on name & address

  • Compile list of duplicate accounts and contacts with suggestions for remediation (merge/delete/archive)

  • Coordinate with IT and external data vendor to execute suggested remediation

  • Review data structures for opportunities to optimize and consolidate data

  • Develop data dictionary for Kedrion “Datamart” systems

  • Identify gaps in the current data structure that will impede a unified reporting environment

  • Work with IT, external data vendor, and BI Sr Manager to suggest and execute solutions for these gaps

  • Support ad-hoc reporting and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • A current student in an undergrad/Masters program pursuing a Business degree or degree in Computer Science.

  • The coop is over 6 months and must commit to specific hours in order to support the project

  • Candidate must be interested to learn basic coding

  • Candidate should recognize that this is more of a data analytics/commercial coop opportunity versus an IT, Finance or Other opportunity

  • The coop can be hybrid out of the Fort Lee, NJ headquarters or fully remote based on where school is located.

Please note that salary ranges are calculated based off levels of: relevant experience, education and certifications. For this role, it will be paid hourly.
