The time is now! We have an exciting career opportunity for a seasoned Estimator to support our federal construction projects at Fort Leavenworth, KS.

What does the position do?

  • Manage all the Estimates for the JOC at Ft Leavenworth using Gordian software.

  • This position will be responsible for Task order management and will be based at Ft Leavenworth.

  • Build relationships to understand client, designer and subcontractor needs and expectations

  • Prepare project cost estimates from the client’s RFQ documents and drawings and other information provided.

  • Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

  • Maintains the highest level of commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethics

What will top candidates bring to the table?

  • Top candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Construction or a related business field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5 years or more experience as in a Construction Estimating role.

  • CQM Certification, OSHA 30, First Aid / CPR / AED is highly desired.

  • Experience with estimating software such as Gordian, ProEst or RS mean

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
