We're in search of someone to lead a small warehouse in Fort Lauderdale from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must excel in Warehouse Management, including logistics, production, administration, shipping, and inventory. They should be adept at optimizing space, organizing daily operations, and possess strong interpersonal skills. The role requires bilingual proficiency, adaptability to non-air-conditioned environments, and occasional international travel. Responsibilities
Proficient in comprehensive Warehouse Management, overseeing logistics, production, manufacturing, administration, shipping, receiving, and inventory administration.
Skilled in designing layouts and optimizing space to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Seasoned in planning, organizing, supervising, and actively participating in daily warehouse operations, including tasks such as receiving, storage, and distribution.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, being bilingual, a team player, detail-oriented, and possessing logical thinking abilities.
Capable of international travel as required and adaptable to working in warehouse environments without air conditioning, involving standing and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Possess diplomatic, quick understanding, and effective communication skills, coupled with problem-solving abilities and adeptness at multitasking.
