Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

  • Prepare and review complex journal entries and reconciliations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Support internal and external audits.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.

  • Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting.

  • Experience in manufacturing and inventory management

  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Skills

  • Bank Reconciliations (4 years of experience is required)
