About this role

M arioff Marine is seeking a Service & Aftermarket Manager for its team in Davie, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, USA.

The Service & Aftermarket Manager works in close cooperation with other service managers in different regions. Responsible for planning and organizing service, upgrade, and commissioning visits in the Americas. Become the local owner of the exchange valve process, incl. maintenance resourcing, scheduling, and logistics. Other duties consist of service-related customer communication, field service engineer training, and support. As a part of the service team, take part in the services and other field activities in the field. Have the capability to lead upgrade projects in cooperation with the rest of the team. This is an individual contributor opportunity.

This is an onsite role, open to candidates with a willingness to relocate or live close enough to work in Ft. Lauderdale, FL .

Global traveling around 70 days per year is anticipated.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 years plus experience in project management

  • 3 years plus work experience in the Marine Industry, Firefighting systems or Field Services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • HI-FOG® systems

  • Life-Saving business

  • Electrical, mechanical and automation installations

  • PLC expertise

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Work in a structured way in a fast-paced changing environment with tight deadlines

  • Work independently and in a cross-functional team

  • Flexible and result-orientated attitude

  • Fluent English written and spoken
