ARC Group is currently seeking an Operations Manager for our expanding client based in the vibrant city of Miami, FL. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of projects across Florida, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team comprising Project Managers, Estimators, administrative personnel, and field staff.
  • Ensure strict enforcement of safety compliance standards by project managers and foremen.
  • Manage weekly payroll processes efficiently.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between field teams and project stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate the purchasing of materials and manage company equipment and inventory.
  • Monitor project timelines and pipeline to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Supervise bid documents and drawings, collaborating with the Estimating Department for necessary modifications and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Substantial background in fencing with secondary experience in construction.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling, purchasing, estimating, troubleshooting, bidding, and overall project management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrated leadership skills in a multifaceted environment.
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to address inquiries from clients and staff.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance requirements in the construction industry.
  • Proactive in identifying areas for operational improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Alignment with the company's core values and commitment to promoting them within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • 7+ years of experience in multi-site operations management.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations within the construction sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; familiarity with Timberline is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify areas for performance enhancement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
