ABOUT THE COMPANY Just 4 miles from Fort Lauderdale's sunny beaches, Dayton Granger, Inc. designs, produces and supplies cutting edge avionics products in support of programs for commercial, general aviation and military customers. Celebrating 80 years of extensive experience, DG provides stability to its employees while maintaining the comforts of a small company environment.

Dayton Granger is seeking Assemblers. Full-time, excellent benefits offered with opportunities for career growth.

The Assembler's Responsibilities:

  • Assembles parts using fixtures or tools as per work instructions and blue prints.
  • Embraces Company values while performing to quality standards.
  • Operates various ovens and works with epoxies.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management
  • Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director

Qualifications and Skills for the Assembler:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Some experience assembling components using work instructions required.
  • Ability to learn new processes and procedures.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess good customer service skills to be able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and / or work instructions.
  • Must be able to lift and push up to 25 lbs.
  • Experience using hand and power tools
