Convey Health Solutions Marketing Content Specialist - Remote in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

The primary function of the content specialist is to assist with the development, coordination, and implementation of communication and engagement efforts for the corporation. Core to this position is alignment with internal and external content strategy, using content to maintain and elevate brand identity, protecting brand presence and resonance, and leveraging tactical outlets. The primary objective is to work with the team on executing initiatives to promote brand value, develop effective assets, increase internal engagement, and build the sales pipeline. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Create, improve, and maintain content to support department goals and initiatives. This content includes, but is not limited to web pages, landing pages, blog posts, event pages, webinars, social media, sales support collateral, account-based marketing outreach, RFP content, internal communications, and public relations. * Support departmental strategies by creating and launching compelling, engaging, effective content that demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the company’s positioning, the solutions the company provides, and the market(s) in which the company operates. * Participate in brainstorming, strategy planning, and execution for departmental initiatives including digital marketing, print campaigns, and special projects. * Support internal communications and external public relations efforts. * Develop and leverage assets to support campaigns and targeted outreach efforts at all stages of the sales and marketing funnels through thoughtful content, style, and layout strategy. * Align content development and distribution with defined segments, personas, and technical audiences–with the goal to improve upon the targets on a regular basis. * Measure and track content distribution, and optimize messaging based on engagement. * Implement SEO strategy and optimize content accordingly to increase web traffic and conversions. * Stay up-to-date with developments internally, and trends externally, to generate new ideas to draw audience attention at all funnel stages. * Liaise with outside content writers, consultants, and vendors to ensure brand consistency. * Monitor and provide updates to website content ensuring alignment with other channels, consistent tone and flow, positive user experiences, accuracy, and timeliness. * Support sales and business development teams through deck / proposal development, RFP/RFI support, account-based marketing outreach, industry function support and attendance, etc. * Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection). * Establish rapport with internal teams and subject matter experts (SMEs), effectively ensuring the continual flow of information to and from the marketing department. Education & Experience * Associates degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, sales, business administration; bachelor’s degree preferred. * 2+ years of experience with bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience with an associate’s degree. * Professional business and/or technical writing experience, along with proficiency in the editing process. * Demonstrated experience in digital marketing–familiarity with digital branding, digital strategy, customer experience, website and social media management, search engine optimization, CTAs, lead nurturing, workflows, automation, segmentation, insights, and analytics. * Preferred familiarity with project management and enterprise content management software, marketing automation platforms (specifically HubSpot); WordPress strongly preferred. * Preferred knowledge / experience with the healthcare space preferred; Medicare strongly preferred.
