Responsibilities
Coordinating with transportation and logistics partners to monitor shipment movements.
Reviewing invoices for accuracy and resolving any shipment errors promptly.
Responding to inquiries from vendors and customers regarding invoices or purchase orders, both written and verbal.
Collaborating with Operations to manage inventory levels efficiently.
Maintaining detailed and organized records of orders and stock. Providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
Operating forklifts or being open to learning how to use them.
Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Utilizing advanced data analysis and visualization techniques.
Demonstrating expert-level proficiency in inventory management. Utilizing computers, software, and other technology for inventory management and communication.
Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain, including common challenges and effective solutions.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, laws, and company policies.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
