Now Hiring: Electronic Assembler / Solderer

Hours: Day Shift – Monday to Friday schedule, Full Time Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315

Who We Are: Just steps from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport Dayton Granger, Inc. designs, manufactures and supplies cutting edge avionics products in support of programs for commercial, general aviation and military customers. Celebrating 80 years of extensive experience, DG provides stability to its employees while maintaining the comforts of a small company environment. As an Electronic Assembler / Solderer You Will:

  • Proficiently perform soldering, wire stripping, bonding, and other electro-mechanical assembly functions related to both sub-assembly and final assembly processes.

  • Prepares and assembles parts as per written procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions

  • Conduct metal finishing tasks such as plating with a keen attention to quality.

  • Cross-train and collaborate in other areas as needed, showcasing versatility.

  • Maintains clean as you go attitude at all times.

  • Follows all DG safety procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year of soldering experience in an electronic assembly manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in the use of soldering equipment and small hand tools such as: pliers, wire strippers, screw drivers, scales, calipers.

  • Able to read and comprehend manufacturing work order processes and procedures.

  • High School Diploma/GED.
