Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and emails, fulfilling customer needs
Light call volume. Mostly responding to emails. Manageable workload
️Troubleshoot and solve customer issues or guide them to the right resources
Process new orders promptly, check pricing, and track inventory
Learn technical terminology and use our computerized system to track info
Focus on customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services
What You Need:
✅ High school diploma
✅ Willingness to learn and grow
✅ strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
