Job Summary: We are seeking an undergraduate intern to work closely with our After-Sales, Project Manager in supporting the successful completion of various strategic initiatives. As an AutoNation intern, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and exciting industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals and have access to training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career. Key Responsibilities: Assist in providing quantitative/qualitative analysis of service & parts operations performance. Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making. Support the development and implementation of action plans to improve the customer experience and business growth. Assist in coordinating marketing efforts for specific projects by conducting research and providing feedback. Attend meetings with project stakeholders and assist in capturing notes and action items. Requirements: Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student. Majoring in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented and able to work with data and numbers. Interest in automotive industry and eagerness to learn. Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program at an accredited Institution (Junior or Senior). Master’s students accepted.
