Title:
LCV NORTHCOM NTC: Manager, Operations
Serves as an Operations Manager for a LOGCAP Task Order or a specific region. This position involves supporting all sites within the Task Order and contributing to the startup and planning of future sites. The Operations Manager will perform analysis of operational performance, track performance indicators, and maintain currency on all operational issues affecting the Task Order. Coordinates with the Program Management Office (PMO) for information and reports; and supports and assists Task Order Management in the performance of their responsibilities.
Responsibilities include performing actions to ensure the PMO has timely, accurate, and relevant information pertaining to Task Order. Responsible for the oversight and coordination of all operations functions within the Task Order. Coordinates with USG and LOGCAP representatives to ensure all contractual requirements are met. Coordinates current and future operational requirements. Works under the direct supervision of the Task Order Manager or designee.
Cognizant of all aspects of contingency logistics operations. Organizes and directs the activities of standing and ad hoc teams and working groups. Experienced in the Microsoft Office suite of software and capable of learning and applying additional software applications.
Applicable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Must be proficient in knowledge and use of the Technical Data Package (TDP) and Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Must be proficient with the PMO Operations Desktop Operating Procedures (DOP) to include but not limited to: Employee Messages, Incident Reporting Requirements, Crisis Management Action Team, Situation Report, and Master Schedule of Work.
Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 3+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Must be fluent in English
Minimum one-year previous Senior Operations Coordinator experience or equivalent Military experience
Requires extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access)
Requires prior experience managing personnel
Master Schedule of Work (MSOW) knowledge and hands-on experience required
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation: $93,454.40 - $140,192.00
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
