CACI is seeking a Program Manager responsible for the overall contract performance and management essential for the successful execution of the contractor responsibilities in meeting all program and SOW requirements. As the Program Manager, you will keep both the customer and CACI management abreast of issues, risks and accomplishments. You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent communication and collaboration across the program and the customer’s enterprise. The Program Manager is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the program and leading an outstanding team of professionals in their daily mission and professional development.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading a 417-person large program comprised of highly visible and complex functional areas

  • Responsible for leading teams, coordinating scope, risk and schedule management across the overall program

  • Communicate and engage across multiple constituencies (both on program and key stakeholders) in a way that influences service outcomes and steers toward change objectives

  • Work closely with functional leads and their staff to develop, refine, and implement processes, policies, and procedures to yield consistent, high-quality results across the organization

  • Align roles and responsibilities for complex, highly-integrated work streams

  • Manage program personnel across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations

  • Recommend innovative, practical, and timely options for solutions that clearly delineate benefits/trade-offs to users and stakeholders

  • Work with team to analyze program processes to determine gaps and identify technology enabled solutions to close gaps

  • Ability to think outside the box to develop new ideas, concepts, and solutions to meet new requirements, unarticulated needs or existing needs

  • Think freely to exploit technological advances that address business needs, without the constraint of former approaches

  • Listen and encourage various points of view, whether in agreement or not, to create commitment and velocity through alignment

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and ten (10) plus years of program management experience managing Information Technology organizations

  • Experience with systems analysis, systems management, networks management, & software development

  • Experience managing classified systems and networks at the Secret and Top Secret Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI) levels

  • TS/SCI clearance, or eligible

  • CompTIA Security+ Certification

  • Familiarity with procedures for disposition, transport, handling, and maintenance of equipment operating at levels of security classification of Secret and above.

  • Demonstrated experience with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

  • Demonstrated experience directing daily operations of a team to include analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.

  • Ability to interact effectively across all organizational boundaries and with key customer stakeholders

  • Demonstrated experience providing day-to-day management of a program, and developing long-term, strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied

  • Extensive experience leading personnel with an emphasis on providing a culture of inclusiveness, independent thought, consistent communication, and mentorship

  • Program Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Recent management experience with programs of similar size, complexity and scope and include subcontractor management

  • Previous experience in a multi-vendor complex IT environment

  • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve and integrate services and procedures

Nice to have Qualifications:

  • Active ITIL 4, ITIL v3/2007, or v3/2011 Foundation Certification and experience using, managing, or implementing ITIL practices.

$118,700 - $261,100
