Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs for intelligence organizations. Must have experience in the formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction). Must have experience in development of requisite training materials, products, and documentation. Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material. Must be available to travel to various training locations. Must have strong written and oral communication skills.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • TS/SCI Clearance.

  • Minimum six years' of cumulative management and operational experience/education for an accredited college with at least one assignment supporting contingency operations within the past 10 years.

  • 70% of the total JCHATC instructors are analysts; 20% are MSO Category 2 certified and 10% are counterintelligence certified.

Instructors must demonstrate satisfactory proficiency for all tasks and sub-tasks on which students in their respective courses will be evaluated.

Instructors must apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to training during platform instruction, small group instruction, individual instruction, long distance learning, mentorship, and coaching.

Instructors will provide research support to students during performance-based practical exercise planning and preparation time.
