[CONSTRUCTION LABORER *[Definition:[ Entry-level laborer with minimal skill and experience level.   1. Any manual labor task as directed by a supervisor or foreman.
  2. Excavating and shaping of earth.
  3. Placing concrete and assisting cement finishers.
  4. Backfilling operations with earth, gravel, and sand.
  5. Operation of pneumatic equipment such as jackhammers, bush hammers, etc.
  6. Operation of two-cycle and four-cycle equipment such as wacker-packers, concrete saws, chain saws, pumps, generators, etc.
  7. Tool pick-up, transport, and storage.
  8. Assist other workers as required.
  9. Perform general demolition of all types of building construction.
  10. Perform general cleanup at job sites.
  11. Follow oral instructions.
  12. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
