Adecco US, Inc. Vehicle Maintenance Trainer in Fort Collins, Colorado

Adecco is currently seeking qualified and hard-working Vehicle Maintenance Trainers for our client in Colorado! The pay rate is $45 -$65 based upon experience. These are permanent, full-time roles with flexible schedules. Candidates have the option of on-site housing at affordable rates, great benefits and a $10k bonus after your 1st year! Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement technician training programs.

· Provide on-the-job training and updates.

· Enhance maintenance and safety programs.

· Coordinate with vendors for specialized training.

· Ensure quality control of vehicle services.

· Assist in repairs and maintenance.

Requirements:

· Physical fitness for manual labor.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in large heavy equipment diesel repair .

· At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
