Position Summary Supervise operational activities to include plant production, plant maintenance, and mobile equipment in one of our plants.

Responsibilities

Responsible for training and development of team, scheduling, performance management, and effective leadership of hourly workforce Successfully lead the Company's safety initiatives Working knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations and possess a strong personal commitment to safety Implement environmental processes and regulations Successfully lead and manage to established production, safety, and environmental objectives and metrics Participate in yearly planning of production, maintenance and salary costs to meet budget goals Manage parts and supply inventory Effectively work with vendors and subcontractors planning maintenance and repair activities Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years' experience in industry preferred Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in a mining environmentpreferred Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proficient on PC to include MS Office suite Ability to work flexible schedule as required; including nights and weekends Bilingual in Spanish a plus
